Online Security, Scams & Fraud

Online attackers may attempt to gain your personal or financial information to exploit you for financial gain.  Angus & Robertson or our delivery partner Australia Post will never text you to request personal information, payments or financial information including passwords, credit card details or account information.

We have been made aware of fraudulent text messages that appear to be from Australia Post circulating as an update to a parcel delivery and prompting customers to click on a link to change "an incorrect address".  These scam messages are sent using ‘AusPost’ sender ID and, due to the way smart phones group these communications, the scam text would appear together with the legitimate thread of Australia Post messages.

Once clicked, the link will lead to a fake Australia Post website which is designed to steal your personal and financial information.  Please do not click on any links without confirming the message is legitimate. If you’re unsure a message is legitimate, always contact Angus & Robertson or Australia Post via the publicly available contact details rather than details provided in a message.

Express Post

Please note Australia Post are not guaranteeing Express Post next day metro delivery with their current network challenges. Express Post is still available and continues to be given priority - and remains the fastest delivery option for most customers with time-sensitive needs.

Tracking your A&R order

For deliveries outside of NSW, most parcels will go directly to an Australia Post sorting facility in your state before you will receive a tracking update when Australia Post sorts your parcel. If you have been sent a tracking number by A&R then you can be 100% confident that your parcel is on the way, even if there aren’t immediate updates from Australia Post. Please note that Australia Post have advised to allow more time than usual to see updates on the progress of your delivery.
