As a retired Home Economics teacher I still purchase this cook book for my family, the nieces and nephews moving into their first homes receive one because I know the recipes always work... simple, good food.

This was the 'textbook' I had for home economics in high school, and so did my mum. Easy recipes, easy to follow, easy to eat!
