Simple and straightforward. Digestible explanations and easy to follow instructions for fasting. There are clear guidelines, which vary depending upon goals and conditions. I’m looking forward to implementing the advice.
In addition to fasting; the book emphasizes diet to support the fasting goals. Some of the nutritional advice could be more detailed (for example, how to count macros for a ketogenic diet).
