"The Demi-gods" is a tale of a pair of vagabonds who encounter a trio of angels who have come to earth to experience human existence, and as such, it can't help but become a bit of a treatise on human nature. The wanderer's Mac Canns (Patsy, his daughter Mary and their downtrodden donkey) will now continue their travel through rural Ireland with the winged companions, telling stories, creating mischief, and running into some familiar yet often unwelcome faces.
