Nature is more important now than ever - a refuge from our stressful, tech-consumed lives.

It is well researched that being in nature radically improves our mental health, and 50 Things to Do in the Urban Wild allows you to achieve all these benefits, just minutes from your doorstep.

For many of us, cities seem to limit us - with our minimal outside space - but this book shows us how to make the most of the natural world available in our urban spaces. This practical and accessible guide teaches you to appreciate your wild spaces, whether on the street, in the park or square, or in nearby nature reserves or national parks. With 200 smart illustrations and 50 different activities and step-by- step projects, it's packed full with invigorating and exciting projects to undertake in your urban wild.
