Richard Weatherly's work as a painter, passionate conservationist and environmentalist has been recognised by an OAM and awards such as the Whitley, Australia’s highest zoological award. During his fifty years as a professional artist, commissions have taken Richard from Antarctica to Canada; he has exhibited internationally and his work is held in collections around the world. Richard has also worked as a biologist, merino studmaster and revegetation consultant.

Absolutely brilliant! I don't/can't read much, but the first paragraph, or 3, made me laugh out loud. And, there are so many beautiful observations of birds in there. Represents real talent, on more than one level.
