She is one of Australia's top health experts and has coached everyone from athletes, mums and CEOs to Hollywood stars. Not just about the punches and push-ups, Tiff has published 9 books (both fiction and non-fiction), performed a Tedxtalk, created a successful podcast with over 6 million downloads and continues to motivate, mentor and inspire people globally through apps, media and live events.

Anil Tortop was born and raised in Turkey. She moved to Australia in early 2011 and has been trying to get used to the local eight-legged house intruders and slithering visitors to her garden ever since.

Anil has illustrated 16 children's books and also works as an animator and character/concept designer. Nowadays, Anil lives in Brisbane with her husband.
