Thomas O'Quinn

Thomas was born and educated in Melbourne. It was through a scholastic journey of trial and error, including a brief stint as a landscape gardener, that Thomas found his way to Grenadi School of Design.

He spent four years juggling study, full-time work, and writing and performing as a singer-songwriter, graduating with a Diploma of Graphic Design in 2016.

Bought this book to help me experiment with Australian bush foods. It’s been wonderful. Has great recipes that are easily prepared and helped increase my confidence in using these different flavours. If you are interested in Australian bush foods this is a great read.
