Read it through fully the first time around and found it to be very inspiring, and will also encourage my grown children to read it. Next step is to start working on action plans around each topic that sound simple yet effective if developed as new goals and perpetuating habits - may even discuss some of them as a family for better perspective and to motivate each other with actionable ideas.

Definitely a great read ! I wanted to give it five stars after the first few chapters since I'd already got so much value out of it. But the rest of the book is also really interesting and backed up by scientific research while staying to the point. Most exercises work well for me and there's recaps to help you memorize each chapter's content. Thanks so much !
