The boys from My Kitchen Rules are back with there 'Clean Living Cookbook'. Luke and Scott deliver fresh, easy to follow, healthy cookbook. The recipe options can be simple enough for a weeknight dinner, or a bit more elaborate and sure to wow friends. A quality cookbook and highly recommended!
I'm a health conscious dude who likes to keep fit. The problem with cookbooks is recipes can be too complicated & time intensive. This is great for me, I like food & will occasionally make something special but this is all pretty quick & easy really. Ideal for the modern health focused guy. I reckon there's even enough in there to satisfy having people over for dinner without making them feel guilty or even a few nice choices for a date meal. There's even a great tasty roast recipe. I actually use this all the time. The Quinoa Scramble is awesome! My only criticism is that there are a couple of ingredients that aren't always easy to find.
