Katie Dale had her first poem 'The Fate of The School Hamster' published in The Cadbury's Book of Children's Poetry, aged 8 and hasn't stopped writing since.

On graduating, she went travelling through South-East Asia - only to discover whilst in a Vietnam internet cafe that she was a winner of the SCBWI 2008 Undiscovered Voices competition.

Giusi Capizzi

Giusi Capizzi was born in Rome but raised in Sicily. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania and has completed many illustration courses for children's books.

She began drawing stories for her son and enjoyed it so much that she hasn't stopped since! Giusi has worked internationally, illustrating for education books, handbooks, and magazines.

All of her art is digital, but she also uses her graphic design skills to layout books and catalogs. In her spare time, Giusi loves to cook. Sometimes she teaches tourists Sicilian cuisine . . . Obviously, her cookbooks are filled with illustrations!

While we are unable to provide a delivery estimate, most backorders will be delivered within 120 days. If we are informed by our supplier that the title is no longer available during this time, we will cancel and refund you for this item.  Likewise, if no delivery estimate has been provided within 120 days, we will contact our supplier for an update.  If there is still no delivery estimate we will then cancel the item and provided you with a refund.

If we are able to secure you a copy of the title, our supplier will despatch it to our Sydney warehouse.  Once received we make sure it is in perfect condition and then despatch it to you via the Australia Post eParcel service, which includes online tracking.  You will receive a shipping notice from us when this occurs.
