This Advanced book includes twenty two jazz lines which includes examples of flat five substitution, lines in fourths, triadic substitution, contemporary and modern rhythm changes, scales built from the lydian mode, diminished lines and wide interval playing.
There is a complete solo included as well as five backing tracks in various styles including rhythm changes in G, altered chord progressions and lydian backing tracks. There is also a project section to help you get more from the material presented in this book which includes quartal harmony, movement of a half step, exploiting the flattened fifth and combining major arpeggios.
