Heidi Grant

Heidi Grant, PhD, is a social psychologist who researches, writes, and speaks about the science of motivation.

She is Senior Scientist for the NeuroLeadership Institute and serves as Associate Director of Columbia's Motivation Science Center. She received her doctorate in social psychology from Columbia University.

Tsedal Neeley

Tsedal Neeley is the Naylor Fitzhugh Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and an award-winning scholar, teacher, and expert on virtual and global work. Recognized by Business Insider as one of the 100 people transforming business by innovating, sparking trends, and tackling global challenges, she regularly advises top leaders embarking on virtual work and large-scale change that involves global expansion, digital transformation, and becoming more agile. Erin Meyer is a professor at INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools.
