Jane, Francine, Hailey and Allie are successful agents at Fletcher & Benson, one of New York's most prominent talent agencies.

They love their jobs, but, like everyone, they each have complicated lives to juggle, including difficult relationships to manage, children to raise and bills to pay. For different reasons, they can do nothing to jeopardize their careers, and sometimes that means turning a blind eye.

But everything changes when Dan Fletcher, one of the founders of the agency, behaves inappropriately with a young intern. She knows she must be brave, speak out and stand up for what is right, even if it could cost her the job of her dreams. As events in each woman's life spiral out of control, they learn that family must come first and that you must fight for what you believe in to get the happiness you deserve.
