Robert B. Cialdini, Ph.D. holds dual appointments at Arizona State University. He is a W. P. Carey Distinguished Professor of Marketing and Regents' Professor of Psychology, and has been named Distinguished Graduate Research Professor.

Dr. Cialdini is also president of Influence At Work, an international training and consulting company based on his groundbreaking body of research on the ethical business applications of the science of influence.

Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, the faculty chair of the Leadership Initiative, and coauthor of Being the Boss: The 3 Imperatives for Becoming a Great Leader (with Kent Lineback) as well as Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation (with Greg Brandeau, Emily Truelove, and Kent Lineback).
