I have been struggling to lose weight after giving birth to my daughter. Thankfully I found this book which explains why I am struggling with my weight and tells me how to lose the weight and keep it off. The depression I feel every time I see myself in a mirror is finally dissipating and I am now feeling very confident that I will finally reach my goal weight.
