IRS HUMBUG--Reveals illegal force used by U. S. Government employees to perpetuate existing false beliefs about what is commonly known as income tax. A tax on income received in exchange for labor is a direct tax that requires apportionment to remain in harmony with the U. S. Constitution. Federal income tax is not such a tax. It is not a tax at all, but a kickback program accepted by anyone who chooses to become effectively connected with the U. S. Government as their employee. This book covers its origin, history, limited applicability, how it is currently being implemented upon persons who are not employees of the U. S. Government, & remedy. Undue influence used by U. S. government employees coerce persons into creating & discharging a personal debt upon a U. S. Individual Income Tax Return results in a condition of involuntary servitude, specifically peonage, prohibited by civil rights laws & the U. S. Constitution. The author learned these truths through study of laws, the U. S. Constitution, & the Internal Revenue Code; which are cited. Illegal incarceration, supposedly for willful failure to file income tax returns, completed his education. This experience & knowledge is shared along with ideas on exercising personal sovereignty over one's life, liberty & property.
