Gathered by photo curator Bruce Velick and with an introduction by Robert Emmons, PhD, a happiness expert and psychology professor at the University of California, Davis, the images in the book include the work of acclaimed photographers Leonard Freed, Elliott Erwitt, Linda Connor, Inge Morath, and many more.
