Michael McMahon grew up in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.

He graduated from Swinburne University School of Design in 2009 with honours in Communication Design and currently works full-time as a freelance designer and illustrator.

He collaborates with local studios on various projects ranging from branding, education and packaging to illustrated animations.

Michael has been drawing ever since he could hold a pencil and often dreamt of one day publishing his very own books. Michael is currently drawing and living in Melbourne working on his next children's book.
