In elaborate processes of perforation, drawings on paper are transferred to the wall with a power drill. These wall drawings, as a series of drilled holes, differ from their templates to such an extent that the motifs reveal themselves as being both something made and something absent: Images as possibilities and innuendos. Central to this book is the documentation of the complex creation of a space-filling drawing for the Saarlandmuseum.
