Deut 16:18 Appoint judges...with righteous judgement...shall not be partial...shall not distort justice...shall not take a bribe-sounds like God wants the Rule of Law to prevail! Sanctuary Cities-Set up by God as refuge from vengeance towards those who accidentally killed someone and they could await trial-not for heinous criminals or drug dealers, Foreign Policy-God has to be interested... He is the Father of all nations-As Ben Franklin said... "is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid?" (At the Constitutional Convention), National Defense-"provide for the common defense"-from the Preamble to the Constitution...among the primary responsibilities of good government... if God "governs in the affairs of men" does He look at how we defend ourselves...
