I bought this as I have been transitioning my whole family to a low gi lifestyle following a diagnosis of pre diabetes and NAFL. The information is very clear and sensible. It puts to rest all the confusing diet info that has plagued me in recent times. It doesn’t demonise sugar but allows you incorporate it into your daily life in true moderation. The recipes are yummy and my kids love them. I also bought the low gi family cook book so my kids could cook from it too.
The 12 week plan is easy to follow and I encourage you to seek an accountability buddy if you have weight to lose. The plan also incorporates week by week new exercise for the large muscle groups which aids in weight loss. Highly recommend for people wanting to lose weight and not fuss with the food for the family whilst doing so.
