• Sleep-deprived, stressed out working parents who feel as though they are letting everyone--colleagues/boss, family, and themselves--down every day. These readers are longing for strategies, tips, tricks, and stories to inspire them, to help them do and feel better, and to let them know they are not alone. We imagine a secondary audience of folks who are considering becoming parents or who are expecting their first kid.
