The section on realistic expectations is good. I didn't even realize I had unrealistic expectations till I read this. I also like the self care tips and will be using them. The worksheet toward the back of the book surprised me, but they are great for really making you focus on what you need to do. One thing they helped me to realize is I need stronger boundaries.
