Gunawan was born in 1976 in Yogyakarta. He is an actor, director, poet, and also playwright. He is a member of Teater Garasi, one of the leading contemporary theatre companies in Indonesia. Gunawan Maryanto is one of the curators of Asia Playwrights Meeting. He frequently published his fiction and poetry in Indonesian daily newspapers. He is one of the founders of Indonesian Dramatic Readings Festival.

Muhammad Abe
Muhammad was born in 1985, in Pati. He is an actor, writer and researcher. After finishing his master degree in Theatre Studies from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Muhammad has been working as a translator, researcher and facilitator for theatre, dance and visual arts. He is one of the curators of Asia Playwrights Meeting and recently curated the first Festival of Indonesian Plays in London.
