A story about a group of children whose kite gets stuck up a tree and their attempts to bring it down.

One warm and windy day, Charlie and his friends decide to fly a kite. It takes off and soars and swoops and plunges ... straight into a tree. The kite is stuck! One by one, Charlie's friends each try to free the kite with their toys - all of which end up stuck in the tree along with the kite. Just when it looks as though everything is stuck forever, the cat loses its footing on a branch and sets off a chain reaction, sending their toys to the ground. But guess who is stuck now?

Mark Jackson is an illustrator based in Melbourne. He has co-illustrated several books with his wife, Heather Potter, and their work has been featured in several exhibitions. His books, including The Snow Wombat (written by Susannah Chambers), Waves (written by Donna Rawlins and co-illustrated by Heather Potter), Platypus (written by Sue Whiting), Bilby Secrets (written by Edel Wignell) and Stuck! (written by Charlotte Calder) have been shortlisted for multiple awards, including the Speech Pathology Australia Book of the Year Awards and the Children's Book Council of Australia Awards.

While we are unable to provide a delivery estimate, most backorders will be delivered within 120 days. If we are informed by our supplier that the title is no longer available during this time, we will cancel and refund you for this item.  Likewise, if no delivery estimate has been provided within 120 days, we will contact our supplier for an update.  If there is still no delivery estimate we will then cancel the item and provided you with a refund.
