Clinical work in forensic settings is challenging, disturbing, thrilling and unique. It requires an ability to build connections, and to think about providing more than just therapy. This needs to be enabled by a compassionate culture - one that promotes the importance of reflecting on relational dynamics at all levels of the organization.
