I have a number of the CSIRO nutrition books. This is the best, very clearly laid out with excellent easy to understand information. In particular the recipes are great with simple to follow instructions AND not too many ingredients. This a been a complaint of mine with some previous books. Unfortunately I love my carbs, but these recipes still meet my taste needs. The exercise section is useful although I would suggest care with the abdominal ones if you have a bad back
