Such an easy to read, simple but comprehensive health and nutrition advice for individuals and families!
Fabulous recipes for sweet and savoury meals, for the whole week, and background information about unprocessed food groups. Beautiful presentation - a must have book for all those interested in living a healthy life style! I also purchased a copy for my dearest friend for her birthday!
