The End of the Performance Review is the most brilliant book I have read in the last 10 years on performance reviews. Dr Baker's concepts are easy to apply in the workplace and filled with practical illustrations. It provides an entirely new way of getting the best from people at work. I couldn't put it down. A must read for any manager.
