Using original data collected on thousands of leaders and their subordinates from organizations around the world,Leading with Emotional Intelligence is a close look at what makes the leaders of the future different, identifying the key factors to propel managers to leadership success. The book’s evidence-based leadership model will include the four pillars that our original research has found to distinguish successful from not so successful leaders.
