Looking through ‘The Happy Cookbook’ instantly makes you smile, Lola Berry’s energy and commitment for living a healthier lifestyle is truly infectious and thanks to her new book completely attainable.

It’s full of bright, straightforward wholefood recipes covering everything from breakfast, desserts, wholesome mains and sweet treats. My list of ‘things to make’ from it gets longer the more I look through it. An instant favourite for any one who loves their spuds sweet and their days sunny.
