JB, a worried Badger, tries to calm a hungry, angry Wind who had all his candies eaten by his brother, Rain. The forest was experiencing heavy rainfall and strong winds passing through due to Wind's anger. While the Badger waits for his father to come home, he tries to comfort Wind by giving him something sweet to eat so he would not be as irritated with his brother Rain.
