I first came across Emma Block's work when I bought The Adventures of Miss Petitfour simply because I liked the illustrations (and it included a lot of cats!). I was pleased to find this book which is a treasure trove of information, colour theory, how to, inspiration, and how the artist works and what her inspirations are. I found information on colour in this book which I haven't come across in any of the other books I have on watercolour (and I have many). Highly recommended even if you don't paint with watercolour as simply going through the book is a delight.
