Waited a year for this "book", and at that price, was expecting something substantial in fact, research and in depth advice.
What did I get? A 200 page soft back with 140 pages of recipes.....what the f.....This is not a science book, its a cook book with a few bits of data and science thrown in.
Thats 5 dollar a page for the science bit.....CON!!!!!!
