Both the book and the customer service with the bookseller left a lot to be desired. First of all the book.... It is beautifully written and for some people it will provide many important insights that could be helpful when navigating this life. I feel it is very much targeted at a young audience (and there is nothing wrong with this) but I found the themes repetitive. Romance dominated most of the dimemmas and it became tiresome.
Now for the book seller. The book did NOT get despatched when the company claimed it would be. I was then lied to twice when following it up. Firstly I was told it had been despatched but then told that the tracking number only becomes active when it arrives at the collection destination (Aus post do not work this way and it was a total lie). Result..... the book was despatched 9 days after it was meant to be despatched. As I was collecting c/o a post office because I have no fixed address this delay meant I had to backtrack over 100km to collect the book. I will not be using this company ever again.
