Amanda Conner

Amanda Conner started out in comics after working as an illustrator for New York ad agencies. However, loving comic books and cartooning the most, Amanda found work at Archie, Marvel and Claypool Comics early in her career. She's probably best known for her work on Vampirella for Harris Comics, as well as Painkiller Jane, Codename Knockout, Birds of Prey and the creator-owned books Gatecrasher and The Pro (with Jimmy Palmiotti and Garth Ennis).

Jimmy Palmiotti

Jimmy Palmiotti is a multi-award winning, multifaceted comic creator. He is a co-founder of Event Comics, Black Bull Media, Marvel Knights as well as Paperfilms.

Palmiotti entered the field as an inker, but at DC he quickly demonstrated his versatility as a writer, authoring such titles as MONOLITH, 21 DOWN, THE RESISTANCE as well as Painkiller Jane, which was developed into a series for Syfy.

In addition to being the co-writer of acclaimed series such as MANHUNTER, UNCLE SAM AND THE FREEDOM FIGHTERS and JONAH HEX, Palmiotti has since further broadened his comic vision beyond the printed page, co-scripting the story behind the successful Midway video game Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe.

Marv Wolfman

One of the most prolific and influential writers in modern comics, Marv Wolfman began his career as an artist. Realizing that his talents lay more in writing the stories than in drawing them, Wolfman soon became known for his carefully crafted, character-driven tales.

In a career that has spanned nearly 30 years, Wolfman has helped shape the heroic careers of DC Comics' Green Lantern, Blackhawk and the original Teen Titans, as well as Marvel Comics' Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, and Nova.

In addition to co-creating The New Teen Titans and the universe-shattering Crisis On Infinite Earths with George Purez, Wolfman was instrumental in the revamp of Superman after Crisis, the development of The New Teen Titans spinoff series Vigilante, Deathstroke The Terminator and Team Titans, and created such characters as Blade for Marvel, along with Night Force and the retooled Dial "H" For Hero for DC.

In addition to his numerous comic-book credits, Wolfman has also written several novels and worked in series television and animation, including the Superman cartoon of the late 1980s and currently the hit Teen Titans show on Cartoon Network.
