"Exciting, charming, and wonderfully imagined, it's the sort of delightful, grand adventure destined to be many a reader's favourite book."
Trenton Lee Stewart, New York Times bestselling author of The Mysterious Benedict Societyseries and The Secret Keepers

The 2nd in the Morrigan Crow series. I picked up Book One when it first came out as the Author is Australian, and I have a granddaughter to pass it on to. In the same vein as Harry Potter, so anyone liking that series would enjoy this one. Wundersmith, the second in the series, see Morrigan going to school but with difficulty being accepted by her fellow students and teachers because of her "knack" which she isn't even aware of herself!. She lives in a wondrous world but things are not quite right.

The tales of Morrigan Crow keep me on the edge of my seat. Brilliant storyline & writing by Jessica Townsend. I’m hanging for the next book. The best series I’ve read in a long time.
