A very good book for a beginner which address key questions of a beginner to yoga practice and also motivates them by providing with some hosannas that are comparatively easy to do. Further this book mentions the real nature of Yoga and Yogis. Fast and simple to read. Can complete the book in two hours. Very interesting read. Thanks for the book Emily.
