Alfur's Christmas Adventure (ACA) : Born to be Wild, is the first book in the ACA trilogy.

Alfur Bakari is an adventurous elf born in Santa's Magical Village. He is to grow up and become a baker like his father, but Alfur spends most of his days daydreaming instead of perfecting his magic. His final school project turns into a disaster, and after becoming the laughingstock of the school, he vows never to bake again. He confesses to his mother that he wants to be a storytelling elf, just like his Aunt Zeepa who was lost on Earth. One day, Alfur accidentally discovers his Aunt Zeepa's travel diary and devises a plan to find her with the help of his friends. He places a tracking device in Santa's sleigh, but when Santa appears, Alfur hides and travel to Earth with Santa. Alfur falls off the back of the sleigh and lands in a bed of snow. He wakes up in a park where he meets a dog named Crush with his human, Velvet, at their first annual Adopt-a Dog on Christmas Day event. Will Alfur ever find his Aunt Zeepa? Will he ever get back to Santa's Magical Village?
