In an attempt to protect the identities of those close to me, I left names out.

I really wanted to write this book because there just doesn't seem to be much reading material about suicide or books written by people who have survived suicide .

I wanted to write this book to help those who are in the same place I was, thinking that suicide is the only option.

I wanted to write this book to tell those people its not the only option and I hope my story will convince them of that.
