Adam Cesare

Adam Cesare is a New Yorker who lives in Philadelphia. He is the author of Mercy House, Video Night, The Summer Job, and Tribesmen. He writes a monthly column for Cemetery Dance Online. He also has a YouTube review show called Project: Black T-Shirt where he discusses horror films and pairs them with reading suggestions.

Alma Katsu

Alma Katsu is a graduate of the Master's writing program at John Hopkins University in Baltimore. She worked briefly in advertising and PR before moving into the intelligence world, working as a senior analyst for several US agencies, including the American equivalent of GCHQ and the CIA, and a think-tank.

Her first novel was The Taker, the first book in the Immortals Trilogy, which was an American Library Association top debut novel of 2011. A contributor to The Huffington Post, Alma Katsu lives in Columbia, Maryland.

Kim Newman

Kim Newman is a well known and respected author and movie critic. He writes regularly for Empire Magazine and contributes to The Guardian, The Times, Time Out and others. He makes frequent appearances on radio and TV. He has won the Bram Stoker, International Horror Guild, British Fantasy and British Science Fiction Awards and been nominated for the Hugo, World Fantasy, and James Herbert Awards.

Charlie Higson

Charlie Higson started writing when he was ten years old. After university he was a singer and painter and decorator before he started writing for television. He went on to create and star in the hugely successful comedy series The Fast Show. He is the author of the bestselling Young Bond books and the incredibly successful horror series, The Enemy.

Priya Sharma

Pirya Sharma's fiction has appeared in Interzone, Black Static, Nightmare, The Dark and Tor.com. She's been anthologised in several of Ellen Datlow's Best Horror of the Year series, Paula Guran's Year's Best Dark Fantasy & Horror series, Jonathan Strahan's The Best Science Fiction & Fantasy 2014, Steve Haynes' Best British Fantasy 2014, and Johnny Main's Best British Horror 2015. She's also been on many Locus' Recommended Reading Lists. "Fabulous Beasts" was a Shirley Jackson Award finalist and won a British Fantasy Award for Short Fiction. She is a Grand Judge for the Aeon Award, an annual writing competition run by Albedo One, Ireland's longest-running and foremost magazine of the Fantastic. A collection of some of Priya's work, All the Fabulous Beasts, was released in 2018 from Undertow Publications.

Ramsey Campbell

The Oxford Companion to English Literature describes Ramsey Campbell as "Britain's most respected living horror writer". He has been given more awards than any other writer in the field, including the Grand Master Award of the World Horror Convention, the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Horror Writers Association, the Living Legend Award of the International Horror Guild and the World Fantasy Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2015 he was made an Honorary Fellow of Liverpool John Moores University for outstanding services to literature.
