This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 20th International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2022, which took place in Münster, Germany, in September 2022.

The 22 papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 98 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows: task mining; design methods; process mining; process mining practice; analytics; and systems.
