All Blacks coaching legend and mentor Mike Cron on what coaching rugby can teach us about life, leadership and team-building.
For the first time, All Blacks coaching great Mike Cron shares stories and rugby philosophy from his incredible coaching career.
Mike Cron was an All Blacks coach from 2004 to 2019 over 217 games, more than any other coach or player. He was instrumental in the success of one of the greatest sporting teams ever - the All Blacks side that lost just 14 games of the 103 they played between 2004 and 2011, and won two successive World Cups, in 2011 and 2015. The team set a new world record, across all sports, for their time ranked as number one.
In 2022 Mike joined Wayne Smith to coach the Black Ferns, adding another World Cup title to his record, and in 2024 he joined Joe Schmidt to coach the Australian national side, the Wallabies.
Coach: Lessons from the All Blacks Legend is packed full of insights on leadership, high performance, teamwork and creating a culture of winning.
