Abstraction is a challenge to conventional forms. It is prominent in art but what happens when it is expressed in or imbued through poetry?

Collide in Infinity is a collection of ten abstract paintings and nine poems. Writer and artist Adam Tramantano brings together poems that deal in the abstract with abstract paintings to present the very phenomena of abstraction.

But what precisely is abstraction? From the introduction: "Painting abstract work is not just about doing whatever. Quite the contrary, it is about developing an interplay of all that can happen and only that which does happen. It is about the opposite of whatever. It is about specifically this."
