This is the second short book in this series in which Don Day offers a few more laughs about getting back into shape. He references the World of Autism along with a few lessons he has learned along the way. By the time a person reaches 50 years of age there are certain life lessons that are expected to have already been learned and put into practice. One of these lessons is that people come first. Connections with others should be a priority in your life. If you are on the "hamster wheel of distraction" for any other pursuit on this Earth, you will miss out on real connections with people who you can mutually share the ups and downs of life. Another lesson that we should all learn by this age is not to judge so quickly or harshly by comparing everyone else to our own lives. Everyone has his or her unique journey and we each can benefit from giving grace to others while being transparent to those in our inner circle. Laugh along with Don, your new running partner.
