Pirouette into Angelina Ballerina’s enchanting world with this adorable board book about Angelina’s wonderful day—a day full of dancing!

Today is a dancing day for Angelina!

She brushes her teeth while practicing her pliés, she points her toes while she eats breakfast, and she leaps across the schoolyard. Soon it’s her favorite time of day—ballet class!

But the dancing doesn’t stop there…Angelina’s family takes her to a real ballet performance with many more special treats to follow. It is a cozy end to a very happy day because the only thing better than dancing is being with family!

Katharine Holabird

Katharine Holabird grew up in a family of architects and artists in Chicago. As a child, she lived in an imaginary world of fairy tales, princesses, and ballerinas, and loved to perform and dance with her sisters.

She wrote the first Angelina Ballerina at the kitchen table with her daughters twirling around her. Katharine has three grown children and three grandchildren, and now lives in New York City with her husband.

Helen Craig

Helen Craig's work includes The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse, shortlisted for the Smarties Book Prize; Rosie's Visitors and the hugely popular stories about Angelina Ballerina.

Of A Finder's Magic, she says:

"In 1996 when Philippa and I first discussed collaborating on a book (for our grandchildren) - I had done a scribble of an odd little man that she thought she would work with. As so often happens, the little odd man she created in the end was quite different. It has been the greatest pleasure for me to illustrate her story and the greatest sadness that she never saw the finished book. I hope she would have been happy with it."
