“Danny, the Therapy Horse” is based on the life of one of the many horses that provide therapy to individuals with disabilities. He was an unusual animal with a winning personality and helped many people during his senior years as a therapy horse.

Though this is a work of fiction, the incidents that are depicted in this title did happen. Danny was a versatile horse throughout his life and brought all of his life experiences to the equine assisted therapy program where he spent the last years of his life.
