Since people first started to use tools and communicate, we have lived in a world of transformation. But, in the past 10 years or so, our awareness of transformation has stepped to a new level, where the need to understand ‘digital’ and ‘digital transformation’ and the emerging possibilities of digitalisation is a challenge for many managers, leaders and business people.
