After the tragic death of all the other members of SEAL Team Six, Shawn Bowe and newly reactivated SEAL Dominic Rodriguez must rebuild Team Six from a group of young recruits. While the recruits are caught in the SEALs high octane training, most of the men cannot endure and are forced to quit.

Team Six is called in to help defuse a hostage crisis. With Bowe and Rodriguez ready to return to action, their new young recruits get a crash course in what it means to be a member of SEAL Team Six.
